Health Equity Working Group

Striving to Achieve Health Equity

The Health Equity Working Group’s purpose is to advise the Population Health CRC Screening program as it strives to achieve health equity for all UW Medicine patients. The group meets quarterly and includes individuals and representatives from community-based organizations and health systems.
