Fred Hutch Patient Financial Services can help you manage the financial side of your cancer treatment. We have information on insurance, understanding your bills, and organizations that can help with the costs of cancer treatment.

To get a copy of your medical records for yourself or someone else, you will need to complete a Release of Information Authorization form. 

With Fred Hutch's patient portal, MyChart, you will be able to communicate with your care team, view your medical records and have access to other resources.

To help our patients and community stay home and stay safe, our telehealth program provides you with the same high-quality oncology care you receive in our clinics from the comfort of your home. Our nationally recognized cancer care is now available anywhere you are.  

We know that you and your doctor need to be able to communicate. That’s why we offer access to qualified medical interpreters in over 100 languages, by phone, video or in-person at all Fred Hutch locations.

To help you get around, we have a free shuttle between the Sloan Clinic and UW Medical Center - Montlake as well as shuttles to Pete Gross House and Behnke Family House. Learn about other transportation options whether you need to get to and from the airport, or within Seattle. 

If you are coming to Seattle from out of town to receive care at Fred Hutch, we recommend that you arrange temporary lodging as soon as you know your arrival date. Learn more about lodging options through Fred Hutch.  

The pharmacy is located on the fifth floor of the Sloan Clinic. We are open 365 days a year, including holidays.

We offer extensive resources to help patients, families, and caregivers, such as free Wi-Fi, a bistro, gift shop and a resource center are available and easily accessible at the Sloan Clinic.
