Patient Satisfaction is a program within the Patient Experience department at Fred Hutch. It is designed to help us understand whether your personal needs and expectations were met during your clinic appointment or hospital stay and if you feel you have received high-quality, compassionate care.
We’re Listening
Your opinions matter, and everyone experiences their care differently. This means that two people can receive the same care but still have different levels of satisfaction. We want to know how you felt.
To give your feedback, you’ll receive a survey from us after a hospital stay and some of your clinic visits. Surveys are sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you do not have an email address, we’ll mail your survey to your home address.
Our team reviews every response to learn what we’re doing well and what we can do better. Thank you for sharing how you feel about the care you receive at Fred Hutch.

Patient Satisfaction FAQ
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires us to send a survey after each inpatient hospital stay. For outpatient visits, a survey will be sent to you via email after your first appointment with a provider in each clinic. You become eligible to receive another survey from that same clinic after 30-60 days. Thank you for taking the time to add your comments. We read every one.
