The Cell Manipulation Tools Core offers a range of solutions, providing tools to silence or introduce genes of interest into cells. We offer both CRISPR-Cas9 based genome editing as well as full service viral preparation services.
Services Available
High-Efficiency Gene Editing
The Cell Manipulation Tools Core provides gene modified Human CD34+ cells using non-viral delivery of Cas9:sgRNA ribonucleoprotein complexes to generate high efficiency gene KOs and custom editing services including the use of alternative Cas systems and targeted insertion/mutation.
Vector Production
The Vector Production Core assists investigators with the design, construction, and/or production of viral vectors (gammaretrovirus, lentivirus, foamy and adeno-associated virus) for introducing select genes of interest or gene silencing constructs into cells of interest.
