Fred Hutch South Lake Union Clinic

Fred Hutch South Lake Union Clinic

The South Lake Union Clinic is where most adult patients of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center get outpatient care, which is treatment or care that does not require hospitalization. We have expanded the clinic in 2023 to include a new building. We're calling the original clinic Building 1 and the new wing Building 2. The new building will open in phases, the first section opened March 27, 2023 and the final section scheduled to open at the end of June.

Main entrance to the original clinic, Building 1, is located at:

1354 Aloha St.
Seattle, WA 98109

The Building 2 parking entrance is located on Yale Avenue North.

The clinic business address is:

825 Eastlake Ave. E.
Seattle, WA 98109

Phone: 855.557.0555
