Fred Hutch Cancer Center and Overlake Medical Center & Clinics offer collaborative care as part of their joint cancer program located at Overlake Cancer Center. Fred Hutch at Overlake Cancer Center offers leading-edge treatment options to Eastside communities.
Within the joint cancer program, Fred Hutch provides hematology/medical oncology and infusion services, while Overlake delivers radiation oncology, surgical oncology, inpatient care and ancillary services.
This unique team approach gives patients access to a broad array of services, including experienced providers, innovative treatments and one-of-a-kind clinical trials in a state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility.

- Merge onto I-405 S. toward Renton
- Use the 2nd from the right lane to take exit 13B for NE 8th St. E.
- Merge onto NE 8th St.
- Take a slight left to stay on NE 8th St.
- Use the left lane to turn left onto 116th Ave. NE
- Turn left into the North entrance to Overlake Medical Center
- To enter Garage 3, turn right at the green signs for the garage entrance.
- Building 3 is across the street from Garage 3. Follow the green signs.
Parking Information
The parking garages are open 24 hours a day. Patients and visitors are issued a parking ticket at the garage entrances, which is used to calculate the time they have parked at Overlake.
Parking at Overlake garages is free for up to 1.5 hours, while B5 parking is free for up to 1 hour. Visit Overlake Medical Center campus maps for current parking rates.
