The Media Relations team at Fred Hutch is available to assist members of the news media who would like to arrange interviews with faculty and staff or obtain information about Hutch research and activities.
Please note: For media inquiries about clinical services, patients or staff at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, the cancer-care arm of Fred Hutch, UW Medicine and Seattle Children's, please contact Karen Brandvick-Baker, SCCA communications manager, at (206) 288-7239 or kbrandvi@SeattleCCA.org.
We strive to respond promptly to all media inquiries and encourage you to contact us — whether you would like to speak to a specific researcher or physician, arrange a photo or video shoot or need help finding an expert to comment on a certain topic.
Our primary goal is to help make your job easier while ensuring that all communications result in an accurate portrayal of Fred Hutch research.
