Vote by March 28 to help Seattle Cancer Care Alliance secure Livestrong Foundation funding for artistic workshops for cancer patients and caregivers.

Help Seattle Cancer Care Alliance secure funding from the Livestrong Foundation for artistic workshops for cancer patients and caregivers. All you have to do is to vote here through March 28.

SCCA has applied for the foundation's Community Impact Project funding; prospective grantees compete online with other institutions to receive the most public votes.

Currently, SCCA has a local healing arts program through which volunteer musicians and artists perform for patients; however, there is no organized effort to engage interested patients in artistic pursuits. SCCA is proposing a partnership with The Creative Center at University Settlement, which offers workshops in the arts to patients and caregivers living with cancer.

Vote through March 28
