Pilot funds available for Cancer Consortium members

Cancer Center Support Grant funds are available for cancer-related pilot projects in calendar year 2011. Members of the Fred Hutchinson/University of Washington Cancer Consortium are eligible to apply.

Awards will cover $100,000 in direct costs plus Facilities and Administrative costs at the corresponding institutional rate.

There are no limitations on research topic, as long as the problem under study is cancer focused.

Access the Request For Applications on the Consortium website. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 5.

Announcement of the awards should take place in August with funding scheduled to begin in September and end August 2012.
