Welcome to the Bezos Family Immunotherapy Clinic, located on the sixth floor of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center - South Lake Union. At your first appointment, we recommend that you bring a friend or family member with you to help keep track of the information that your team will be giving you.

Preventing Colds and the Flu

To protect the safety and well-being of all Fred Hutch patients, please read the below guidelines before your first visit. Caregivers should not come to the clinic with cold and flu symptoms.

What to Bring

  • Any records or imaging CDs as requested by your patient care coordinator
  • Your insurance card
  • A book or magazine to help pass the time between appointments

Directions and Parking

Parking is available in the South Lake Union Clinic garage. The cost is up to $4.00 per day with validation.

  • Be sure to take note of your appointment time.
  • Don't forget to complete the forms above and bring them with you to your appointment.
  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Your Patient Portal

Fred Hutch's patient portal is MyChart. Patients can use MyChart to access medical records, message providers, view test results and more. For urgent or time-sensitive concerns, please call your care team.
