Our antibody production services are available as the next step in our service pipeline after antibody discovery or for previously established hybridoma clones.

Primary "target-positive" hybridoma clones are archived and the secreted antibodies are analyzed for their performance in specific applications. Once the leads are identified, we carry the primary clones through a subcloning and validation process. These final clones are archived as eight validated subclones from the parental line.
We affinity purify monoclonal antibodies from hybridomas cultured in serum-free media. Our typical threshold for antibody production is 200 mg of research-grade and preclinical material. We currently offer affinity purification at micro (10-80 μg), small, medium (2-25 mg) and large (25-200 mg) scales, or at a custom scale based on your needs.
