Fred Hutch is an independent organization that also serves as UW Medicine’s cancer program.

We know a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming. That's why we are here to guide and support you at every step of the way.

Insurance, Financial Assistance and Billing

We work with most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, and offer financial counseling to anyone unsure about their coverage or without insurance.

Interpreter Services

We’re committed to equal access to care. We provide free, qualified medical interpreters in more than 100 languages—by phone, video, or in person—so every patient can communicate with their care team.

International Patients

Our patient services teams support you with financial, insurance, medical records, and other needs from arrival throughout your treatment period.
 

Insurance, Financial Assistance and Billing

We accept many insurance plans and offer support for patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or unsure about coverage. 

Medical Records Request

You can request your medical records by completing a Release of Information form, available online or at any clinic front desk. Records for you or your physician are free.

Pharmacy

Our onsite pharmacy offers convenient prescription services, including support for complex medications. We provide multiple refill options, insurance and financial assistance guidance, and home delivery for most specialty medications. 

Interpreter Services

We provide free, qualified medical interpreters in more than 100 languages—by phone, video, or in person—so every patient can communicate with their care team.

Caregiving for Bone Marrow Transplant Patients

Blood and marrow transplant patients need a dedicated caregiver who can support them through the demands of treatment and recovery. Our team provides training, guidance, and resources to help caregivers understand their responsibilities and feel prepared and supported throughout the BMT process.

We provide streamlined referral options, access to innovative treatments and clinical trials, and resources designed to strengthen your ability to deliver leading‑edge cancer care.

Quality of Care Measures
