Community and Education in Survivorship

Education and community can be important aspects of life as a cancer survivor.

We provide support to patients and their family members through:

  • Individualized education at the Survivorship Clinic
  • Lectures and talks at cancer center conferences and community events
  • Sharing our expertise at local and national conferences

We also provide education to health-care professionals working with patients after their cancer treatments. We offer:

  • Patient treatment summaries and survivorship care plans
  • Continuing medical education opportunities
  • Publications and presentations to keep knowledge of survivorship issues current
