Testing Colorectal Cancer Screening Services in Community Pharmacies

Researchers at Fred Hutch are conducting a study that examines people's thoughts about picking up a FIT Kit for colorectal cancer screening at a drug store instead of at their doctor's office. We are partnering with your primary care clinic and a local pharmacy to conduct this study.

We hope you will participate!

Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in this voluntary study if:

  • You are between 45-75 years old and at low to moderate risk for colorectal cancer
  • You are willing to pick up your FIT Kit up at Pacific NW Specialty Pharmacy

Study Requirements

As a participant you will be asked to:

Complete one 10-15 minute online survey asking your opinions about the process

 

Participant Benefits

Participants will receive a $20 gift card for completing the online survey.

Dr. Parth Shah

Dr. Shah is the lead researcher for the study. He is a behavioral scientist and pharmacist who integrates these two disciplines to study and improve clinical practice and health policy in the delivery of cancer care.
