Collaborative Data Services (CDS) provides competitive rates for research support services, including project management, REDCap and database development, customized programming, data operations, survey administration, qualitative coding, interviewing, translation, and nutrition assessment support. While our primary focus is supporting research, CDS also partners on selected clinical, quality improvement, operational, and administrative projects that benefit from structured data collection, workflow support, or specialized data services.
Our team works with investigators and teams across Fred Hutch, the University of Washington, the Cancer Consortium, and external organizations to deliver practical, high-quality services tailored to each project’s needs.

Investigators interested in dietary assessment services should complete NASR’s Service Request Form to receive a cost estimate. Pricing varies by project size and institution type. Current rates range from $4.75 - $9.50 per Food Frequency Questionnaire and $26 - $52 per intake day for food records, plus a one-time project administration fee.
