I have always believed that creating a respectful environment with active listening makes for the best care. Knowledge is power, and I am committed to working with patients so they feel heard and have the resources necessary to maintain their quality of life.
We work as a multidisciplinary care team that includes various specialists, and together we come up with the best personalized plan for patients, taking their needs into account.
Area of clinical practice
Lung cancer early detection and prevention
Teaching others about health, wellness and prevention continues to be central to my mission in the care I provide. With lung cancer screening, eligible patients benefit from early detection in hopes of early diagnosis and improved survival. In my experiences, I have witnessed the power of early detection, motivating me to continue my focus in this area as well as in lung cancer care.

We make promising new treatments available to you through studies called clinical trials led by Fred Hutch doctors. Many of these trials at Fred Hutch have led to FDA-approved treatments and have improved standards of care globally. Together, you and your doctor can decide if a study is right for you.
At Fred Hutch, you receive care from a team of providers with extensive experience in your disease. Your team includes doctors, a patient care coordinator, a registered nurse, an advanced practice provider and others, based on your needs. You also have access to experts like nutritionists, social workers, acupuncturists, psychiatrists and more who specialize in supporting people with cancer or blood disorders.
Fred Hutch accepts most national private health insurance plans as well as Medicare. We also accept Medicaid for people from Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho. We are working to ensure that everyone, no matter what their financial situation, has access to the care they need.
