Arjun D. Law, MBBS, MD, DM, DRCPC, FRCP
Associate Professor
Clinical Research Division, Fred Hutch
Dr. Arjun Law is a hematologist and researcher focusing on adult allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and blood and marrow transplantation.
His research has focused on improving outcomes after allogeneic stem cell transplantation, particularly through novel graft-vs.-host disease (GVHD) prevention strategies and alternative donor approaches. Dr. Law has developed and published work on in vivo T-cell depletion to reduce GVHD, showing it could lower both acute and chronic GVHD while maintaining anti-leukemia activity even in older and more vulnerable patients. More recently, his work has turned to post-transplant cyclophosphamide and other approaches that make transplant safer, less toxic and more widely accessible.
