Dr. Jie Fu is a board-certified medical physicist specializing in image-guided radiation therapy, adaptive radiation therapy, and deep learning. His research focuses on advancing precision radiation oncology by developing AI-driven predictive models and automation tools to improve clinical decision-making and treatment efficiency.

Dr. Fu has served as both principal investigator and co-investigator on multiple research studies and has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications. He is an associate editor for Medical Physics and an active member of both the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). He currently serves on the ASTRO Early Career Committee and participates in several AAPM groups, including the Imaging for Treatment Assessment Work Group and the Working Group on Statistical Collaborative Advancement through Learning and Expertise.
