HICOR’s (Hutchinson Institute for Cancer Outcomes Research) Value in Cancer Care Summit is a full-day conference to convene individuals from across the healthcare systems to collaborate on ways to improve the quality and value of cancer care in the region.
The 11th Annual Value in Cancer Care Summit will bring together clinicians, patients and caregivers, patient advocates, payers, oncology care representatives, and researchers to discuss the theme of Hope in Action: Building Better Care in Times of Constraint and will provide an opportunity to share practical strategies when addressing barriers in cancer care, such as limited resources and overburdened health systems.
Sessions will highlight how technology can enhance care, methods that could help care teams thrive while under strain, and approaches to supporting patients and their care teams.
Collaboration is a key factor in improving healthcare for all. The goal for the Summit has always been to convene and collaborate around a shared vision of equitable, high-quality cancer care. We look forward to several networking breaks throughout the day including breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail reception to end the day.
