Why do you practice oncology?
For Jesse Knight, MD, medicine is her calling. "I love helping people as well as the challenge and never ending learning process of being a good radiologist." Dr. Knight acknowledges that she feels very gratified to play a role in a patient's care team at Fred Hutch. "I appreciate the patient-centered approach at Fred Hutch that prioritizes treating each person as an individual." she says. When she is not in clinic, Dr. Knight enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, skiing, taekwondo and crabbing.
