At Fred Hutch Cancer Center, our team of nationally recognized Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) experts is dedicated to providing you with the best care possible. Your physicians will create a personalized treatment plan, recommend the best options and discuss your treatment with you. The most common treatments for early-stage Merkel cell carcinoma are surgery and radiation therapy. If you have late-stage MCC, surgery, radiation therapy and likely immunotherapy will be used.
