IN catalyzes breakthroughs
The Innovators Network Endowed Chair — established and sustained by IN members — supports early-career scientists whose work shows creativity, patient benefit, and novel use of data and emerging technologies.
Expanding access to next-generation treatment
Mazyar Shadman, MD, MPH, medical director of the Bezos Family Immunotherapy Clinic, says CAR T-cell therapy is a game-changer for blood cancers and is focused on making this next-generation treatment available to more patients. As the IN Endowed Chair holder, his work is a direct result of member investment in next-generation science.
Saving lives by testing for hereditary cancers
Research shows that testing for inherited genetic changes that increase cancer risk can save lives. And not just the patient’s — but their family members’ as well. IN members support discoveries like this in prevention, early detection, treatment and survivorship.
