Background
Dr. Megan Othus is a biostatistician whose research interests are in clinical trial design and conduct. She leads research that informs the design, conduct, and analysis of future clinical trials. She has a particular interest in the conduct of clinical trials in rare cancer populations. Much of her research is motivated by her role as the faculty statistician on the SWOG Cancer Research Network Leukemia and Rare Cancer Committees. In that role, she leads the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of the statistical aspects of clinical trials and translational research from these committees.
