I have worked as an oncology dietitian since 2020 and joined Fred Hutch in 2026. Before coming here, I worked as an inpatient clinical dietitian at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle.
My path to becoming a dietitian grew out of a lifelong curiosity about health, science, and the way the human body works. I always knew I wanted to be in medicine, but my focus on nutrition came from something more personal: I began noticing how much food, movement , and daily habits shaped my mood, energy, and overall health. That realization grew into a passion for helping others understand the difference that nutrition and everyday choices can make in how we feel and live.
What I enjoy most about my work is building relationships with patients and being part of their care team. Nutrition information can often feel overwhelming, especially during cancer treatment, and I value the opportunity to provide evidence-based guidance that feels practical, supportive, and individualized. It is deeply rewarding to help patients manage treatment-related side effects, celebrate progress with them, and learn from their experiences along the way.
In my free time, I love staying active and spending time outdoors, especially hiking in the Pacific Northwest. I also love cycling, running, and hot yoga. At home, my other passions are tending to my houseplants and cooking.
Clinical Expertise
My clinical focus includes patients receiving CRS-HIPEC therapy, as well as patients with sarcoma and gastrointestinal cancers. I see patients at the Fred Hutch Sloan Clinic and through telehealth.
Patient Care Philosophy
Compassion and individualized support are at the heart of my practice. I believe every patient deserves to feel truly heard and cared for, and I see every patient encounter as a meaningful opportunity to help, engage and learn.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help keep you as strong as possible through your treatment and beyond. My recommendations are tailored as much to your diagnosis and treatment plan as they are to you as an individual with your unique lifestyle and food preferences, as well as the awareness that eating can feel easier or harder on any given day. I deeply value being part of a multidisciplinary team that puts you at the center of care planning, and it means a great deal to me to be part of your support system as you face this challenge. You deserve the best possible care, and I strive to provide exactly that, every single day.
