Dr. Fong is a biostatistician whose collaborative research focuses on infectious disease research. In particular, he evaluates the immune system's response to vaccine candidates in order to guide the iterative improvement of vaccine design. His methodological research focuses on machine learning methods, threshold regression models and statistical problems in biological assays.
