Fatigue is a common effect of both cancer and cancer treatments, and the experience of fatigue can differ widely for each cancer survivor.  We will review known contributors to cancer-related fatigue and behavioral practices to address fatigue symptoms, as well as specific strategies to manage fatigue during the winter months and during the holidays.
