Instructions for Downloading Study Smartphone Application

Instructions for downloading the study app, Vital Partner, on the participant’s iPhone or Android device are included below. To be eligible for the study, patients must have their own Android or iPhone device (minimum version Nougat 8.0, and iOS 11) with a cellular service and data plan. The study app will not install if the participant’s smartphone is not compatible.

iPhone Device

The Apple App Store review for Vital Partner is in progress. Participants with an iPhone are required to download the TestFlight app in addition to Vital Partner. The participant should navigate to the URL provided and follow the instructions below:

  1. Download TestFlight by selecting the “View in App Store” below the “Step 1: Get TestFlight” section of the webpage or manually navigating to the TestFlight app listing in the Apple App Store and complete the TestFlight app setup as outlined in the protocol.
  2. Navigate back to the web browser and select “Start Testing” below the “Step 2: Join the Beta” section of the webpage and complete the Vital Partner app setup as outlined in the protocol.

Android Device

The Google Play Store review for Vital Partner is in progress. Participants with an Android are required to download Vital Partner from the Microsoft App Center by accessing the following URL:
