Cancer Consortium launches new website

The Fred Hutchinson/University of Washington Cancer Consortium has launched a new website to improve the user experience and get Consortium members the information they need more efficiently. Visit the website at http://www.cancerconsortium.org.

The home page offers quick access to Consortium Science, Shared Resources, Clinical Research Support and the Consortium Institutional Review Office. The site also more prominently features Consortiumwide news, information about the Cancer Center Support Grant and funding opportunity announcements.

The update provides a new, responsive design that also adapts to smartphones and tablets. 

"The new website was designed to showcase the strength of our cancer center through science, strong research support infrastructure, and our leadership role in cancer research in the U.S. and worldwide," said Jennifer Jacyszyn, Consortium administrative manager.

Other new features include:

• Links to patient care, research and education within the Consortium
• A page featuring collaborative research and the Consortium presence around the world
• A new membership application form with electronic submittal.
