Take steps for research at the Shore Run/Walk June 12

Annual fundraiser along the scenic shore of Lake Washington features events for all ages; supports the Center’s immunotherapy research

It’s time to recruit family members, friends and colleagues for the 34th annual Shore Run/Walk, Sunday, June 12 on the shore of Lake Washington. Teams are forming now for the scenic and family-friendly event that benefits the Hutchinson Center’s immunotherapy research.

There’s a run or walk for everyone:

  • The Zillow.com 5K Run/Walk starts at Leschi Park at 8:15 a.m.
  • The News Talk 97.3 KIRO FM 10K Run starts at Ferdinand Park at 9 a.m.
  • The Foss Maritime Half-Mile Kids’ Run is in Madison Park at 10:15 a.m.

Party in Madison Park

After crossing the finish line in Madison Park, you’re invited to join the Bert’s Red Apple Party-in-the-Park with live music, food, awards and prize drawings.

Save money: Register in advance

Advance registration is $30 for adults, $20 for kids up to age 12 and $10 for the Kids’ Run (for ages 8 and younger); it will cost more to register on the day of the event.
