On Dec. 20, Seattle Seahawks football legend Jacob Green gave $110,000 to the Hutchinson Center—net proceeds from the 2010 Jacob Green Charity Golf Classic.

Green, a longtime supporter of the Center, was joined by Elizabeth James of the Westin Seattle hotel in the presentation of the funds to Kevin Parker, special events manager in the Development Department.

Since its inception in 1987, the Jacob Green event, which features a dinner, auction and tournament, has raised more than $2 million for the Center and its clinical research fellowships.
