Which Shore Run/Walk course along Lake Washington is right for you or your team? Use new online maps to find out. Next, sign up—if you haven’t already—for the annual event, which will take place Sunday, June 13. Proceeds benefit the Hutchinson Center’s immunotherapy research.

Visit the Shore Run/Walk website and choose from the following:

  • Zillow 5K Run/Walk at 8:15 a.m.
  • News Talk 97.3 KIRO FM 10K Run at 9 a.m.
  • Foss Maritime Half-Mile Kids’ Run at 10:15 a.m.

Shuttle buses are available to take participants to start points at Leschi and Ferdinand parks. After the races, the Bert’s Red Apple Party-in-the-Park (in Madison Park) will feature live music, food, awards and a drawing for prizes, including round-trip tickets on Continental Airlines.

All 5K and 10K participants will receive a long-sleeved technical running shirt, which is lighter and more breathable than a cotton T-shirt.

Advance registration fees are $30 for adults, $20 for kids up to age 12 and $10 for the Kids’ Run (for ages 8 and younger). To register or donate, visit www.fhcrc.org/shorerun. Online registration closes Wednesday, June 9, at 11:59 p.m.
