Hutch expedition to Kilimanjaro has already raised $1 million

Everest climber and biotech writer Luke Timmerman this summer will lead a team of 28 entrepreneurs, investors and scientists to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in a fundraiser for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

Dr. Kristin Anderson, a postdoctoral research fellow in Dr. Philip Greenberg’s lab at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, has received the Ann and Sol Schreiber Mentored Investigator Award of $75,000 for one year from the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
