Clinical and Economic Value of Next Generation Sequencing-Based Diagnostic Testing in Cancer Care

The objectives of this study are to develop a decision model to evaluate the cost effectiveness of multiplex NGS testing vs. usual care in the contact of specific solid tumors and clinical settings and to estimate the return on investment of future research comparing this using the value of information theory and the developed decision model to identify the most efficient and impactful study designs.
