Join us for the Pediatric Moving Beyond Cancer to Wellness event designed for pediatric, adolescent and young adult cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, friends and family.

This free conference is recommended for cancer survivors age 12 and older and parents of cancer survivors of all ages. It is designed to provide general education on a variety of the late and long-term effects faced by young cancer survivors after treatment is completed and to help promote wellness and empowerment after cancer.

Complimentary light continental breakfast & lunch will be provided. The event will feature breakout sessions, a survivor panel discussion, and opportunities for networking with community cancer organizations.

Fertility and Family Building for Survivors

Life Beyond Cancer – For Survivors Only

Nutrition in Survivorship: Exploring New Tools for Healthy Family Meals

Nutrition plays an important role even after treatment, but a variety of challenges can make that difficult for busy families. Resources like Cook for Your Life feature chef-created, oncology dietitian approved recipes and nutrition education to support navigating those challenges. Learn our ideas for how to use new recipes, cooking techniques and meal planning strategies to expand your food choices.

Psychosocial Health in Pediatric Cancer Survivors
