Fire and ice, love and loss. Like fire, love burns intensely, sustains life, and radiates warmth to all surrounding beings. This year’s Dance for a Cure theme played on the heart wrenching oscillation that follows when a physical love is extinguished by cancer, leaving a figurative blanket of ice. Fred Hutch thanks the incredible families, friends and supporters of Mo-dazz for the Arts for making the 12th annual Dance for a Cure the most powerful production to date and for raising more than $100,000 for research. It is ambition like yours that reminds us to make every day one worth living.
