• Cover letter/letter of interest
• Post-doc’s diversity statement: a brief report detailing your personal background and current or future contributions to working with and supporting diverse people and communities (1 page max)
  Thesis abstract — one page
• Research Proposal — 700-1,000 words (not including references and citations). This should describe your commitment to pursuing an academic career and include a discussion of who you will work with at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Please note: You must have obtained the sponsorship of an Associate or Full faculty member who is willing to serve as your primary mentor at Fred Hutch.*
• Curriculum vitae
• Writing sample — sample publication or unpublished paper, please limit to 35 pages (not including references and citations)
• Contact information for two references. One letter should be from the applicant’s dissertation advisor or faculty mentor
  The candidate chosen for this position will be required to provide an official transcript of their highest earned degree and will be subject to a criminal background check.
