We celebrate the passionate individuals who have organized fundraising events for Fred Hutch over the years. All levels of events are appreciated – from golf tournaments and dance performances, to bake sales and fun runs. All funds raised make an impact in accelerating lifesaving breakthrough research.

Base 2 Space

Climb the 832 stairs to the newly renovated Observation Deck located 520 feet above ground. 75 percent of all donations raised support research at Fred Hutch. 

Slayride Banked Slalom

Hosted by Stevens Pass, Slayride Banked Slalom, is an annual event open to both skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. Fred Hutch receives 100 percent of all registration fees and donations. 

Dance for a Cure

Dance for a Cure

Organized by Mo-Dazz for the Arts and inspired by a cancer survivor’s story of hope, this annual event features a silent auction, dance performances and musical numbers.

Jail and Bail

Jail and Bail

Organized by the North Mason Cancer Crusaders, Jail and Bail is an annual summer event where local community members in Belfair, Wash., sit in a makeshift jail cell and raise money from passersbys to get out of “jail.” 

Heart and Soul Climbing

Heart and Soul Climbing Competition

Organized by the Denver Bouldering Club, the Heart and Soul Climbing Competition is an annual rock climbing challenge which draws hundreds of spectators and climbers for an all-day event. Participants from Colorado and beyond compete for prizes and glory, all in the name of cancer research.
