The Survivorship Program is dedicated to providing education and support to patients and family members. We provide:

  • Individualized education through appointments in the SCCA Survivorship Clinic
  • Lectures and talks at cancer center conferences and community events that address survivorship issues and healthy living recommendations
  • Sharing of our expertise at local and national conferences

We are equally dedicated to educating health-care professionals and provide:

  • Treatment summaries and survivorship care plans to assist them in following your care
  • Continuing medical education opportunities in cancer survivorship
  • Publications and presentations to keep their knowledge of survivorship issues current

Healthy for the Holidays 2015
Saturday, November 14, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm

On Saturday, Novmeber 14, 2015 the Fred Hutch Survivorship Program will host its sixth annual Healthy for the Holidays event.  This event is designed for cancer survivors and patients, including caregivers, friends, family and health care professionals.   The event will include presentations on the topics of preventing late effects from cancer treatment, exercise and survivorship, emotional healing and growth after cancer and healthy holiday eating with cooking demonstration and taste tests. 

Where: This event will take place at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center campus, in the Thomas Building.  On the day of the event free parking is available in any surface parking lot.
