The Survivorship Program is dedicated to providing education and support to patients and family members. We provide:

  • Individualized education through appointments in the SCCA Survivorship Clinic
  • Lectures and talks at cancer center conferences and community events that address survivorship issues and healthy living recommendations
  • Sharing of our expertise at local and national conferences

We are equally dedicated to educating health-care professionals and provide:

  • Treatment summaries and survivorship care plans to assist them in following your care
  • Continuing medical education opportunities in cancer survivorship
  • Publications and presentations to keep their knowledge of survivorship issues current

Moving Beyond Cancer to Wellness 2015
Saturday, June 6, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm

On Saturday, June 6, 2015 the Fred Hutch Survivorship Program will host its ninth annual Moving Beyond Cancer to Wellness event.  This event is designed for cancer survivors and patients, including caregivers, friends, family and health care professionals.   The event will offer breakout sessions led by experts in the fields of such topics as: nutrition, complementary and alternative medicine, art therapy, relationships and intimacy, heart disease, exercise, congnitive function, lympedema, spirituality, stress management, advanced disease management, yoga and survivorship care planning. 

Where: This event will take place at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center campus.  On the day of the event free parking is available in any surface parking lot.
