Healthy for the Holidays

What: On Saturday, November 8, 2014 the Fred Hutch Survivorship Program and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Women's Wellness Center will host its fifth annual Healthy for the Holidays educational event. This event is designed for cancer patients and survivors including caregivers, friends, family and health care professionals. Presentation topics include Preventing Late Effects from Cancer Treatment, Exercise Recommendations for Cancer Survivors, Healthy Holiday Eating with Cooking Demonstration and Setting Goals for the New Year and Sticking to Them.
Where: This event will take place at the Fred Hutch campus in the Thomas Building. On the day of the event free parking is available in any surface parking lot.
