The Pete Gross House, at 525 Minor Avenue North, is located in the heart of Seattle with views of downtown, the Space Needle and Lake Union. It is near the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance outpatient clinic at 825 Eastlake Avenue East. For additional information, please see driving directions.


Built in 1999, the building has 70 furnished apartments that have been specially designed for the comfort of patients and families. One-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments are available. Each apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator, television, VCR, linens and a generously equipped kitchen. One-and two-bedroom apartments have queen-size sleeper sofas.

A rooftop Healing Garden is designed to highlight city views and treat residents to a tranquil, lovely space where they can enjoy being outdoors.

Secured underground parking can be made available for an additional $100 per month. Short-term parking (anything less than 2 weeks) is $10 per night. Please note: Smaller vehicles negotiate the compact spaces more easily than vans, SUVs, and so on. Sorry, no R.V. parking.


Pinnacle Realty Management Company, a property management company in Seattle, oversees the Pete Gross House and has high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Guest services include a shuttle to the outpatient clinic where connections can be made to hospital shuttles and nearby grocery stores, Monday through Friday.
