When Dr. Jean Sanders retires this later this month, she will leave a four-decade legacy that built the nation’s pediatric transplant program. A June 29 symposium and reception will celebrate her groundbreaking career at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

Earlier this fall, three pediatric oncologists in the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center's Clinical Research Division received a visit from a representative of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, which has provided critical support to their research.
