The changes in this new circular are the most substantive for federal funding recipients in 50 years and impact many of the operating and business departments here at Fred Hutch. We have established a Steering Committee and Working Groups to review the final Guidance, Correcting Amendments, supporting materials and industry white papers to determine the impact of the new regulations on our current policies and procedures and to facilitate any necessary revisions to our internal business processes and policies, technology, training and education.
As Uniform Guidance and its implications continue to be defined, Fred Hutch will continue to engage key stakeholders. Fred Hutch-wide communication and collaboration continue to be key in the successful implementation of these new regulations.
