Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality: Information on a variety of health topics in Spanish for patients and consumers.

Asian American Network in Cancer Awareness, Research and Training (AANCART): Use this search tool to find cancer information in Asian or Pacific Islander languages. This tool is made possible by a collaboration between the American Cancer Society and AANCART.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): Links to information from CDC in various languages.

Ethnomed: A program of the University of Washington Health Sciences Library and Harborview Medical Center’s Interpreter Services/Community House Calls Program. Ethnomed is an ethnic medicine website containing medical and cultural information about immigrant and refugee groups specific to groups in Seattle. Designed for education purposes, this website makes information about culture, language, health illness and community resources directly available to healthcare providers who see patients from different ethnic groups.

Health Information Translations: Health Information Translations provides education resources in multiple languages for health professionals to use in their communities. Resources are easy-to-read and culturally appropriate.

Massachusetts Health Promotion Clearinghouse: Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Health, the Massachusetts Health Promotion Clearinghouse provides free health promotion materials in multiple languages for Massachusetts residents and health and social service providers in the Commonwealth. Some materials are available for PDF download.

National Cancer Institute: The National Cancer Institute provides free publications on a variety of cancer topics. Some publications are available in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. Some materials are designed for specific population groups, such as American Indians or Alaska Natives, Asians, Blacks or African Americans, Hispanics or Latinos, and Native Hawaiians or Pacific Islanders.

National Network of Libraries of Medicine: This link contains links to consumer health information and resources in many languages.

Native CIRCLE: The Native CIRCLE is a resource center providing cancer and non-cancer related materials to healthcare professionals and lay people involved in the education, care and treatment of American Indians and Alaska Natives.

Refugee Health Information Network: This link provides multilingual health information for refugees and their health providers.

Selected Patient Information Resources in Asian Languages (SPIRAL): SPIRAL aims to increase access to Asian-language health information for consumers and health care provides. The SPIRAL web site is a collection of links to Asian-language patient care documents that have been created by authoritative sources and freely available on the web. Links are organized by topic and language.
