Cancer Prevention Program
Rachel Ceballos, PhD, is an assistant member of the Public Health Sciences Division at Fred Hutch and an assistant professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Washington, is the primary investigator of various studies working to build programs that support cancer survivors in the Latino and African-American communities.
Ceballos’ research emphasizes the development of culturally appropriate interventions and the inclusion of community collaboration in research.
Esther Jhingan, is the project coordinator for the Ceballos Studies at Fred Hutch. She received a Master’s of Science in 1998 from the University of British Columbia.
Jhingan has experience performing both qualitative and quantitative research (survey and biological), project management, data management , translations and is a native Spanish speaker.
